Exciting opportunity to join PureGym as a Facility Coordinator!

We are looking for a well-organised and service-oriented Facility Coordinator to join our Facility Management team in Switzerland. Our Facility Management team is responsible for keeping all PureGym clubs across Switzerland safe, operational and member-ready – every day. We work closely with internal technicians, external suppliers, regional managers and landlords to proactively manage maintenance, coordinate repairs and drive continuous improvement across our club portfolio.

This is a hybrid working role, with initial 4-5 days in the office and then reduced to 3-4 days after probation.

As our Facility Coordinator, you are the operational backbone of our FM team in Switzerland – coordinating maintenance, technicians, suppliers and landlords to ensure our clubs are safe, functional and well-maintained every day.

Your Main Responsibilities:

·       Receive, prioritise and process maintenance and damage reports via the internal Computer-Aided Facility Management CAFM/ ticketing system

·       Manage and prioritise maintenance requests based on business impact, health & safety and operational requirements

·       Coordinate technician schedules and supplier interventions across Switzerland

·       Coordinate internal technicians and external suppliers to ensure efficient problem resolution

·       Monitor open tickets, ensure SLA compliance and escalate critical issues where required

·       Obtain, compare and review supplier quotations and service proposals

·       Review maintenance expenditure within delegated authority limits

·       Act as the primary communication interface between clubs, technicians, suppliers and landlords

·       Support new club openings, refurbishments and operational projects

·       Organise transports, deliveries and logistics activities

·       Support administrative FM processes, reporting, KPI monitoring and documentation

Job requirements

The Person

·       Must speak fluent in English and German (French is beneficial)

·       Completed commercial or technical education

·       2–3 years of experience in Facility Management, administration, coordination or technical support

·       Experience with CAFM or ticketing systems; Service Channel knowledge is an advantage

·       Strong organisational and multitasking skills

·       Ability to work independently, prioritise effectively and remain calm under pressure

·       Good understanding of operational maintenance and service coordination processes

·       Confident use of MS Office and digital systems

·       Structured, reliable and solution-oriented working style

·       Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset

·       Willingness to undertake occasional site visits across Switzerland
