You take over the management of one of our clubs and are therefore responsible for the staff, budget compliance, all club areas and member satisfaction.

You look after our members by creating training plans, monitoring the equipment and implementing our hygiene standards in the studio area.



We accompany you as a professional training partner through your dual studies or your training with/without a federal certificate. We cover 100% of your training costs and support you with paid learning days, among other things.

You lead the Group Fitness courses and pass on your expertise with great enthusiasm. This includes course preparation as well as ensuring the motivation of the participants during the courses.

Our headquarters in the greater Zurich area is made up of various departments, all with a can-do attitude, not only supporting our clubs in their daily business, but also working every day to achieve our ambitious corporate goals.
