Junior HR Generalist (f/m/d)

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Junior HR Generalist (f/m/d) for Switzerland to support our local HR team. Fluent German and English language skills are essential to the role.

This Role:

• You support the end-to-end recruiting process

• You create HR reports, analyse HR KPIs and derive appropriate measures

• You actively support HR projects

• You provide support in the area of employer branding

• You will work closely with the Senior HR Business Partner to to drive forward our employee engagement and ensure optimal employee and training support, among other things

The right person for the role will meet the following requirements:

• You ideally have a professional qualification or an university degree in the fields of human resources management, business administration or similar

• Ideally you have already gained some experience in HR

• You are fluent in German and English, French would be a plus 

• You have a good knowledge of Excel

• You are proactive, motivated and a real team player
